Consult with an attorney first USCIS recently issued this memo for TPS holders re:AP and ‘curing’ their unlawful entry. They might end up applying the same for DACA AP.

(3) TPS-authorized travel will not satisfy the requirements of “inspected and admitted or paroled” into the United States for purposes of adjustment of status under section 245(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Lmfao, you've got no clue about you're talking about...I'm actually in even a better position than I was before. Still have DACA...Legalization of Dreamers is VERY likely in coming months. I'm straight chillin...You're the one who is still miserable...Cheer up man...Biden won.

My father in law is sick, and my husband applied for AP back when Trump started in office. It was denied. I think it’s better to wait until Biden is in office...might be easier to get approved.

This is correct, you can no longer use AP for AOS this is effective August 2020. I filed for AOS through marriage a few months ago and I was worried about this but my AP was from 2017 so it will be valid (what my attorney told me).
