I imagine that a Biden DHS will very quickly reverse this position.

I hope he has a team to review all these small changes made by Miller and take action in January.

Those people are too busy “going to court” and “fighting election results.” Dumbasses, I bet they even donated to the “legal defense fund.” Lmfao.

I wonder if Pelosi will add some language for DACA in the appropriations bill this year or next year. It’s ridiculous that she stood on the house floor for 8 hours two years ago begging to add DACA to the appropriations bill but as the actual speaker of the house she hasnt pushed for it.

It’s high time legislation be forced and something concrete to pass immediately legalizing all Dreamers. A massive deal is needed. It CAN be done within first 100 days if Joey is determined. He can leverage his past Senate experience and cut deals to come up with a bill that can pass.

Lol yeah right. Legislative DACA will only pass as a rider to the appropriations bill. The large majority of Republican congressmen haven’t even recognized Biden’s victory. You’re living in a fantasy if you think they’ll cut deals with him.

There's no other options brah. A bill must pass in order for Dreamers to be legalized. That's how laws are made. Only time will tell. January 20 can't get here quick enough. This is not a fantasy. Dream Act is very possible. There are a lot of GOP Congressmen who have already congratulated Biden and many more who are just too chicken have even reached out to their Democrat friends to congratulate Biden on their behalf.
