Ok what about Judge Hanen and his upcoming ruling on Dec 22?
that is more complicated. I think he will most like push actually making a decision until after the pandemic.

The defense is making a really good case that Texas and friends have no right to even bring up the lawsuit.

Each time it was prevented from going to the floor by the Republican Party leadership. We need midterm election to be a blue wave for any hope of a bill to clear to Biden.

In the George Bush era, it was the Dems that killed it. It all about who can claim the win.

Only 12 Republicans voted for it. 15 Democrats voted against it.

All I know is Dreamer Legalization/or possibly wider Comprehensive Immigration Reform is going to happen very soon and nobody can stop that. I am sure they will make out a massive deal immediately getting this more than long over due bill signed off. We need our conditional green cards.

That's what you said the last time Trump publicly promised something for DACA a few months ago. You were all like... "Hillario is in DC, guys and I have been seeing activity on FaceBook. Something is going to happen real soon, I can tell!" LOL

With Joey Biden at the helm, there's a chance things may stabilize. He can leverage his Senate experience and revive old partnerships with Senators across the aisle and come up with a comprehensive plan. As always, dealing with Mitchy will be tough since he most likely will control Senate proceedings. But again, maybe not if the Blues take the Georgia seats. Dicky Durban will have to be called up to start the engine again...Chucky and Nancy have to do their respective parts to build a broad coalition of bipartisan support. El Marquito Rubio and the Gang of 8 should be brought out of hibernation to possibly work on a broader CIR deal after Dreamer legalization. Congress ought to do its part, stop the bickering, and pass legislation immediately.

They're having issues passing COVID relief for months while the recovery is slowing economically and COVID numbers are at an all time high. Military funding is getting VETO's by Trump. They just passed a 1 week funding bill because they can't agree on a longer funding bill. To say that Congress would suddenly get their act together in 2021 is a bit optimistic, but I hope they get it together because you can't run a country like this long term.
