That would be a real POS move by Biden, and it would tell us that he really doesn’t care about the plight of immigrants. I doubt he would touch it, as it was one of the few commendable things Trump did during his administration.

I think it would be wise for Biden to repeal this order, and issue a new one slightly better, just to take any credit from Trump. That's playing politics I know but it is what it is, and it's about damn time Democrats stood up to the abusive Behavior from Republicans
