Coyote bring someone over the border
He also had money laundering issues back in the 90s but that was already dismissed

Yeah this is one of those talk to a lawyer type of things, but this is probably one of those lifetime bans...I mean it's not like he was undocumented or on a visa and deported. He had a green card and they deported him so logically, if he was eligible to have a green card, he'd already have his. Please update us:
Just from a google search this came up too. https://www.alllaw.com/articles/nolo...dmissible.html

Also some real talk here: why would you guys want him here? Objectively, he's been reckless and once your sister sponsors him, she would be financially responsible for him if he can't take care of himself anymore or potentially put family members who aren't completely legal at risk. Not judging but you guys have a plausible excuse to not bring him back and live your own lives.

As mentioned in my other post regarding my own father being ill, if we could have a do-over, we would have been better off had he not been brought here. There was so much drama even when he wasn't ill and now if he ends up having to stay in a nursing home longterm (he's already there for rehab now), it would end up bankrupting us financially. In my case, he has never committed any crimes and was working up till the last minute when he physically couldn't. He would have been better off in another country with free healthcare anyway, but I digress.

If it turns out that it's possible to bring him back to the US, think VERY VERY hard about it. In a couple of years you should be able to visit him anyway.

this isnt a matter of paperwork or loopholes to get him back in. more like an example of the bad hombres that GOP loves to talk about making the rest of us look bad......

This. Sometimes it is good to cut off ties with people who are self destructive. I stopped speaking with my father in 2019 and have been happier for it!
