Does it sound like Hanen thinks these potential changes to DACA will resolve the legality issue?

judge Hanan said in a hearing today on the latest DACA suit that he's ready to rule on the legality of the program without waiting for the Biden admin to reconstitute it as a formal regulation. + Speaking about Congress passing the DREAM Act, he said it's like "waiting for Godot"

SOB already knows what his decision is going to be.

He's doing this for posterity.

Makes sense that he would stay his order for awhile even if he rules that DACA should be ended. Hopefully he provides things that the administration could do to resolve the issue that doesn't include GOP fucking us over.

He'll probably go over whatever additional documents both sides provide and probably rule by end of April. Hang on tight folks. That deadline is for documents not ruling.
