does uscis verify your AP reason?

just wondering if anyone has had uscis verify with their workplace or family members etc for the reason you are requesting AP?

They reserve the right to do so (e.g. call the doctor that wrote a letter), but in all reality they never do. Moreover the burden of proof is on you, so you need to provide evidence above just a self-affidavit. You say grandpa has cancer, gotta prove that's your grampa and that grampa has cancer.

Imagine, being beyond stupid to forge this crap and then being denied entry.

They do. At least my case was that I used my AP for business travel back in Obama era, they asked me what kind of business I am running, what the purpose was, they even asked my business card and business credit/debit card.

They even looked up my company on Google. I know this because I asked for full FOIA report after couple years later.

I'm asking because I don't disclose my daca status at work. I do have an assignment letter sent to me that I plan on using as a basis for my AP. Previously used AP to visit ill family members with no issues.

I think you should be fine as long as you can prove your reasoning behind the trip when you apply as well as when you actually use the AP.

For myself, I would like to use AP again but since Hanen hasn't ruled on DACA and don't know when and what he is going to do, I am a bit hesitant to even use it.
