Im in nyc and is contemplating purchasing a home. Anyone know any mortgage lenders that will lend to DACA recipients?

I also want to buy an apartment in NYC in the near future but the prices are so damn high. In New Jersey for that amount you can buy a castle.

I believe, depending on your income, first time buyers have 0% -5% Check with your banker

i got mine from CITI back in 2018. put 20% down for co-op requirements.

if you are buying condo / house I think you can do the first time buyer down payment. good luck with the current market though i heard it is a seller's market right now.
