And that's it.
My Daca is expiring on July 23rd, exactly a month from today. I just don't understand how other got approved so quickly and my application is on hold and yes it went to Nebraska processing center
Sent mine in early April and mine expires in 2 weeks. lol

I don’t really care but it’s annoying how inconsistent they are with applications.

in case you didn't know the NOA you receive when they accept your application, that NOA will automatically extend your EAD from the expiration date up to 180 days (6 months). i once was closed to expiration date and my HR kept bugging me for an updated EAD, i show them the NOA printout and they stop bugging me.

Yes with the initial response from them I did rereceive a letter stating that they receive my package and also they will reuse my previous biometrics. Also, I called them to expedite my case which they did but they send me an email stating daca cannot be expedited. Also, within my online account, literally sending them a msg everyday counting down my expiration.

I don't know what made my renewal app any different to be honest. The only thing I can possibly think of is that I came as a B2 visitor, had tons of proof in my original application back in 2o12 (elementary school-junior high school-high school report cards and diplomas, unsuccessful green card application, had work authorization when I was like 11-15 years old, etc.). Not sure if that would make any difference though for a renewal.

You should have received letters, including one that says they will be reusing your previous biometrics, in the mail. If you didn't, you need to be proactive here and see what's going on by calling USCIS.

Yes I heard mixed reviews about that but technically DACA or c33 doesn't apply to NOA but I guess it depends on the HR. I will wait until last 7 days then file for absence to leave and hopefully my manager would be okay with it. (He is on a H1B visa as well)

yeah sorry to hear about your situation. hope it gets approved very soon. you should call USCIS to see if that can possibly expedite your case.
Same here, sent package on June 12th, they got it on the 16th, i got the acceptance notifications on the 21st, yesterday i got bot letters of acceptance in the mail ( they're re-using my bios from last renewal) and today i received 2 letters from the Nebraska office.

I also live in NY, sent package to Chicago lockbox and was sent to Nebraska, even though it said routed to the Harrisonburg storage for further processing.

^You all are submitting late within your timeframes! Late June/early July expirations should have renewals submitted in mid to late January.

You say this as if people’s timeframes are all the same. We got people submitting in May who already got their cards. lmao
