This is kind of dumb. Do people not pay attention to other things going on beyond just legislation?

You sound like some with a greencard or US citizenship. Think of the kind of forum you are posting on ""Dream Act".

Don't have either, but I get what you're saying. My point wasn't that we should be talking about something other than Dreamer related topics... I was trying to highlight the fact that this administration is rolling back enforcement policies and adjusting guidance to OPLA. While that doesn't solve the problem for everyone, it does reopen some doors for those that would otherwise be looking for a solution via a "Dream Act" or via I-212/I-601A.

Just food for thought.
