who is qualifying under the bill?

Its a little confusing to me. t is there an age cap and is it for all undocumented or just the dreamers?
And does daca recipient gets granted automatic gc or temporary green card like others?

Chill. The reconciliation bill will look very different than the current bills passed. Would be lucky to get squeezed something for current DACA folks let along TPS, Farmers etc. The total number of beneficiaries needs to be small for it to have a real chance.

Nope. It is like a couple without a prenup trying to divorce and divide us assets. The end result can look very different from the initial conversation. Those with a backbone usually wins - in EVERY case, republicans have more of a backbone.

They just agreed to talk about it. There is no bill yet. We don't know who they will try to include.

There isn’t a bill but merely ideas. Even the infrastructure bill isn’t set and stoned and it could dramatically changed when it’s up for voting. In that small gap exist a small chance for it to have something along the lines of “and DACA recipients shall be put in a path to an earn conditional green card using provisional something something “ they’ll most likely just take a DA requirement and modify it until they’re happy with it



At best case scenario it’ll have something that codifies DACA and at worst it won’t have anything about daca

Wait until couple Dems don't follow the party line..
