What will happen for current Daca recipients?

Given that the legislature fix is not likely now, I wonder how long we have for Daca holders?

Hanen’s ruling wasn’t clear on “when” he will put an end on the current Daca holders but still seems to suggest ending the entire program. Does anyone know what kinda timeline Hanen’s ruling suggest to end the entire Daca?

No one knows. Work on a Plan B that could work for you and your needs and situation.

Plan B works better with timeline. Afaik, the order was stayed for existing Daca holder and the stay can get lifted once the appeal process is done.
