hey all, I'm trying to get my documents together. My DACA does not expire for another 5 months but I am hearing horror stories of people not getting theirs renewed on time so I figured I will rather lose a few months than lose employment if things don't work out. This is really BS though, because I've been renewing in a year-and-a-half basis at this point instead of 2 years. So much money

I usually just do the forms myself but when I went to the USCIS website, the I821D form is expired. On the top of the form, it says, it expires 4/30/21. For those of you who just recently renewed, did you use the same form? I don't want to be automatically rejected because I use an expired one. Is there a newer form I am just not seeing?

this is the website I checked: https://www.uscis.gov/i-821d
When you scroll down to the form and open it, it's the expired one.

With how much $$ they are making out of us, they need to get their website together.

EDIT: some folks have been telling me to use the expired form anyway. Gonna go ahead with that, but this is so messed up how they cannot get their website and forms together when we are paying so much, and this is adding another layer of uncertainty on an already stressful process.

Also, does anyone still include passport photos? it doesnt seem like they need it since they still make you take a photo at biometrics and use that one, they never use the passport photos I sent before.

when your expired forms show older date before they upload new forms then uscis dont create any issue. because they know when they updated and your date on expire documents explains them everything. I have sent expired multiple times. however, before submit just last minute I check on their site again just incase they update new forms. even though I know they dont creat any problem but I always like to send new if they are avaivlbe before I ship my package. I dont give them excuse or benefit of doubt.
