This could actually be a good alternative for these that work under the table and don't have any money to renew, just pay the 85$ and you are good

DACA recipients returning with advance parole can satisfy the “inspected and admitted or paroled” requirement for adjustment of status purposes under INA § 245(a).
Does this remove the 3-10 year bar?

It doesn't, it just lets you adjust via a method where you need admission or parole but don't need continuous lawful presence. Basically it lets you clear an EWI and adjust via marriage but nothing else really.

This shit is worse than DACA. Just wait till the supreme court strikes down the employment portion, pretty sure that's what Dems want for the next election, so they can campaign and do nothing again.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t apply if it passes. Solved.

Create a problem and sell the solution, that’s their motto. Unfortunately we keep falling for it.

Idk y you're defending Dems, you know what I said is true. They are doing the bare minimum for us when they control everything, we now know for sure that they are not serious about immigration reform. But go ahead put on the blinders, fall for their bullshit, I mean they've been touting the Dream Act for two decades now.

I don't think it needs to "pass" anything. This is simply a change on how DHS handles DACA, within the current laws.

There is nothing to pass. They can make the change without congress authorization.
