So when my brother turned 21 , he petitioned my mom for green card . He submitted last year and we finally found out that the case will be closing due to order removal . Her petition was approved but green card application was denied due to Oder removal . My mom has tps and has had an order removal since she has been here but she got tps right away when she got here . Is there anyway to remove an old removal order ? I also have an order removal as well, which was given to me when I was 6 . I have daca , so am I going to be denied as well if I ever get married ?

Get a lawyer. Have them file a motion to reopen with the immigration court. Getting a termination is next to impossible these days so the correct way to go from there would be to either get ICE to withdraw the NTA or agree to a joint motion to terminate or file I-485 with the court and let the judge adjudicate the adjustment application.
