i guess we have to rush in renewals, literally right now. just in time for the economic collapse.

good job for voting Biden in and riding on the legalization for all bullsht. now we are bound to lose it all. i hope my last renewal last long enough until Trump comes back and saves us.

I highly advice to renew now just in case NY fails with the override.

immigration reform is impossible to pass, its too broad, which is why nothing has been done when it comes to it for the past like 30 years. Trump wanted to kill DACA to force them to legalize only us, both parties are in favor of only legalizing only us given the situation and how productive we are to the country compared to other categories.

Does anyone know how the new DACA guidelines that the Biden administration has been working on plays into all this?

they split DACA and the EAD.

we could become illegal again but with EADs, or with just deferred action and no EAD or just nothing at all.

I have been wondering about that, as well.

I wonder if the DOJ will argue that they are rolling out the new regulations to buy time. I was going to submit my renewal in July, a year before I expire, but will probably send them next month.

I’m thinking about doing the same but worried about the application stuck in limbo when the new regulation requires different application.

Yea I don't know why they haven't yet rolled out the new regulations.

Our best hope is for them to continue to allow renewals while this goes to the Supreme Court, and buy time for everyone.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but with DACA you are still allowed to apply for EAD and still get one, it's just not bundled together anymore. What are the new requirements, if any, are they going to add/change to get an EAD with DACA?
