Could you say on your AP application that you are traveling to a certain country but travel to a different country instead?

Not worth the risk. Sorry to hijack your post, but question to those who recently applied for AP, how long did your approval take? I applied one month ago and I need to request vacation in advance.

You definitely can visit other countries ALONG with going to where you said you were going. I have used AP a total of 4 times and have always visited neighboring countries for either work or to see relatives. I have never been asked by CBP the nature of my trips or why I went where I went. If you notice the AP document itself doesn’t list the country you’re going to either. That information is for USCIS discretion to approve the purpose of travel. With that being said, I would not say I’m visiting family in Mexico then go on a trip to Europe ( that is just plain dumb lol).

Quick question. I have tried asking this on the FB board but it never gets posted.

Do translations need a handwritten signature and date. I paid for them to translate the documents but they only have the name of the person who signed it and the dreamers2gether under it but no handwritten signature. Will that be an issued if they are not signed?

Hi, I need help. My aunt (my mom's sister) just died today, and I want to get advanced parole so that I can go instead of my folks to help my relatives.

I'm reading the form and only focusing under the DACA parts of the document. I understand that I have to pay $575 for my filing fee, but is there anything else I'm supposed to be filing along with this form? Should I contact a lawyer? I'm a bit against this decision, I never needed a lawyer to file anything for me before.

Any veterans willing to help me? Tips would be greatly appreciated. And what to expect. Is I-131 the right form? Or what other forms should I be submitting?
