New question on form i-765

So I'm filling out my renewal and realized that there's a new tricky question

30.b. Did you enter the United States lawfully through a U.S.
port of entry and were you inspected and admitted or
paroled after inspection by an immigration officer? (If
you answer “Yes,” you MUST provide evidence of your
lawful entry.)

30.c. If you answered “No” to Item Number 30.b., did you
present yourself to the Secretary of Homeland Security or
his or her delegate (DHS) within 48 hours of entry or
attempted entry AND express an intention to seek asylum
within the United States or express a fear of persecution
or torture in your home country?

So if I am a visa overstayer.. I should answer yes? and provide evidence? what kind of evidence? I'm confused

man every time they add new questions to the form

That question is under C8 eligibility. DACA is C33

So I leave it uncheck?

Last renewal I checked 'yes' and added a copy of my Visitor Visa for initial entry. No issues in renewing.

Questions 28 through 31.b. are not applicable to DACAers, just leave that whole chunk blank.

Demise, any idea as to what eligibility category to choose now in the online form I-765? C33 is listed as a completely different category, not DACA...

when you do online daca renewal c33 is pre selected as system automatically detects its for daca

I don't believe this was the case. The status window was empty, and there is a very long drop down menu, but none of the options was DACA...

I did mine online and I did not have to select c33. once application was almost done I click view pdf and it was pre filled c33.

Ps; when you enter your last i94 (if you had used AP) fid you guys put your status upon entry as NLS- that is the only option I saw( online renewal)
