Hi folks. About a year before DACA was created, my family's asylum case, was put on administrative closure. Since I'm on DACA, and have not ever skipped renewal, should I ever be called upon for removal proceeding? My sibling, who is not on DACA, recently got a letter to appear in court for our family case. Again all of us siblings are on the same USCIS case. I thought if on DACA, we were protected temporarily from removal proceeding? My sibling a few years ago, went to a lawyer for their own immigration options, and the lawyer said in our family case, there was no notation that I was on DACA. I'll be contacting an attorney first thing Tuesday, since Monday is July 4th. Can I just speak to USCIS in person and get this resolved? Thanks a bunch
