Hi to all. Ive posted many questions as Im going thru AOS.
I got a letter from USCIS stating that USCIS is able to use my old fingerprints and biometrics and that it is not necessary to appear at an Application Support Center.

Here is my question, I am NOT appliyng for DACA. I am applying to register permament residency. Im still under DACA as of now. Does that mean that they are going to use my old biometrics from years ago when I was renewing DACA. Mind you when I renewed DACA last year I didnt have to go to an Application Support Center either as I got a letter saying the same thing last year.

My other question is. I know that it takes a while to get your green card. I have been trying to find out the processing times via the USCIS website but when I try to put in the field office I dont see an option for mine. I have a receipt number of IOE and the address that I got the letter from is
National Benefits Center
PO Box 648003
Lee's Summit, MO 64002

One last thing. USCIS received my AOS packet and they work permit application that goes with it on the 11th of this August 2022. If everything goes well and if I hope I dont get any RFEs. How long till i get my work permit? My DACA expires 09/01/2023. My first priority if being able to work. I dont care if it takes a while to get my green card

I'm in the same boat, my current DACA expires this December.

I applied with my lawyer this July 19th and got biometrics re-use on July 22nd. No updates since July 22nd.
If I cross 90 days expiration for my DACA, I would just re-apply even though I requested to expedite my EAD through AOS via chat with USCIS agent.

Biometrics can be reused between different applications. USCIS used ones from my DACA in 2018 for my I-360 that I filed in 2018, and then reused the same ones when I renewed my DACA in 2020 and 2022.

I-485 on average takes about 2 years these days.

EAD takes like 6-8 months, so you will definitely get your C09 EAD by September 2023.

Thanks. I have my medical exam appointment next week. I have a medical condition that requires me to take blood work a few times during the year. I have printed the labs that I have recently taken because it shows that I was tested for Tuberculosis and Hepatis of which they both show negative. I also have to take a urine screen test for illegal substances because I have a prescription for tramadol (a controlled pain killer). They all show negative except for tramadol. Should I mention this to the Dr. that's doing the exam or should I just to in there and only answer the questions he/she may have. I know USCIS wants to know of any potential substance abuse or medications.

How did you request an expedited EAD? Is it an expedited EAD via the I 485 that you requested?
