Should I take the risk that I'll be out of the country when the 5th circuit kills DACA and everything that comes with it?

I think so. The chance that they will retroactively revoke an AP is pretty low. Its a promise that the US gov has already made to you.

I get people saying wait it out until the 5Th circuit rules, but they may also rule that if you haven't used your documents by the time the ruling comes down, then they're all invalid. in that case, they would probably invalidate your EAD and deferred disposition as well. Low likelihood they throw all that shit into chaos with a stroke of a pen overnight.
