what consequences follow if biden uses Executive order for amnesty?

I know it is never gonna happen but i just came up with this curiosity.

also, is it just 100% for fact that biden is only gonna use Executive order for deporiotizing deportation?
Or possibly something better than that by any chance?

he only gonna attempt to do another DACA. which will instantly reach SCOTUS. and be stricken down when its sued into oblivion.

I don’t get magas here they’re so against Daca yet are the first to send their applications. Even months before they’ve expired


And there wouldn’t be any consequences because that’s something a president cannot absolutely do. Daca is being challenged because the proper steps to do it weren’t allegedly followed not because a president can’t do Daca
