Just purchased my first property in august this year

Nice! Condo, Townhouse, single family?

I just bought a home with Wells Fargo this summer through a conventional loan. I also checked out other local banks who all said Daca was not a problem. I ended up using Wells Fargo because they had the best rate.

Single family .. figured HOA is a huge scam that when doing numbers can add 100s of thousands more to your home loans.. if not more cause it’ll be there forever and can be raised whenever

I'm about to close on my second property since having DACA. It's crazy how much I've been able to accomplish just with this permit.

That's why I'll never understood the citizenship or nothing at all crowd. That would just be icing on the cake at this point for me...

Just closed on the property last week. I’m questioning myself whether if it was a good idea with so much uncertainty with DACA. Ugh! I just want to live my life!

Don’t overthink it. I personally think you made a right choice. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with properties.
