I-30 Application for my father

My brother is a born citizen sponsoring my mom and dad. My mom already got her green card since March of last year but my dad has been in limbo with no update other than USCIS not needing anything from him as of yet, which hasn’t changed since 2021.

Was wondering if there’s anything I can do to get in contact with someone to see if there’s an issue or something?

Anyone else with the same experience?

Have your brother reach out to his congressman or senator and have them inquire about what's the hold up.
