Anyone use psychedelic therapy for trauma or other mental health issues?

I live in a place where psychedelics are decriminalized and I’ve used psilocybin recreationally (or actually self medication). I was wondering if anyone had experience in a clinical trial or with official psychedelic therapy.

My trauma has been coming out a lot in some really dark ways (including through suicidal thoughts), and I’ve been trying to find a way to deal.

Before anyone accuses me of being a narc, I’ve had an account for more than five years and a decent amount of engagement on this site. And we are technically pretty anonymous. I’m happy to delete this thread in a few days if it might be perceived as a threat to our image.

Go to a doctor and get help. They will prescribe antidepressants if you need them.
