I did not need a visa to enter the UK or the Schengen area. I was just asked the purpose for my trip and they stamped my passport.

I thought CBP here in the US was going to question me for all the stamps I got but surprisingly they did not.

This is my second AP experience and I feel much more comfortable using it. If all goes well or our situation stays the same and you don’t have any criminal history, I think everyone should do it.

Did you have your photo and finger print taken when you reentered?

Yes, my pictures were taken as well as my photograph. I had such a great experience that I am already planning on applying for another one.

I applied in December 2022 and got approved 03-27-23, they only gave me until 05-01-23 to come back to U.S. so I had to plan my trip very quickly. I just got back from Colombia last night. Defenitely agree to allow some ample time at all the airports (origin and destination). I landed in Miami, they had me wait in secondary inspection about 20 minutes and then stamped my passport and kept the AP doc, no questions asked, very easy.

Glad you had a safe return! I’m gonna take advantage that my work is giving me free courses so I’m gonna take some and study abroad. Europe is so easy to travel to and once you’re in the Schengen area, your passport doesn’t get stamped at other countries within that area.
