By the way is your spouse a US citizen or permanent resident? and in what state do you live? My husband's case has been in the Atlanta field office for a while.

Citizen, Florida

Enjoy your freedom. It's good to be free from this bs.
I wish the best to you and your family!

I hope to be free like you one day.

Long story short, got married in July 2022. Applied for AOS March 7th 2023, and i just checked my account today April 26th and my I-485 just got approved.

Thank you all for being there to support one another during all these years.

No interview, they received my package on March 7th, on March 22nd they sent me an RFE for my medicals.

On March 31st they received my answer to the RFE (my medicals) On April 26th they approved my I-485.

On April 28th they delivered my Green card.

No, I sent copy of lease, 2 affidavits from friends, lots of pics, i think a couple copies of some airplane tickets from our vacations.

But then again, if you got on reddit you'll see posts from people who have submitted way more stuff amd they get an RFE for more info.

Also you'll see posts from people who have submitted their application in 2021 and it's still pending.

So nothing makes sense honestly.

I think they're overloaded with cases and are trying to clear the backlog. Lots of people are getting their interviews waived.

You can see it on here

About to submit my removal of conditions, I expect it to take forever and plan to become a citizen next year while it’s in process
