I agree. I believe he will ruled DACA as unconstitutional but will leave the program as is until it makes its way to the Supreme Court. Even Judge Hanen has agreed that a ruling to end DACA right away would be disruptive.

Mine expires Jan 2024, should I go ahead and renew now?

DACA has lasted for so long I believe it will be very difficult to just get rid of it, but it sure makes me nervous

Biden can just do DED for all current DACA recipients if he wanted to. I just find it extremely hard to believe that DACA is just going to go away without a replacement legislatively or executively.

It's up to you. If it will give you peace of mind, then go ahead and renew early. USCIS will hold the application and then approve it around the 150 day mark.

Legislative solution is one that will be fought very hard by UWD. What you are suggesting is not economically/strategically feasible for UWD and big time immigrant organizations. They will be rallying hard to ensure nothing passes. Their very existence depends on us continuing to be illegals and continued chaos at the border. Their strategy is a very unique one, to push for radical things like "citizenship for all" to ensure that nothing passes and at the same time making immigrant community think they are working hard. Quite a successful strategy so far with tons of money being made.

I would say 120 days before is a good bet. They should approve it quick.

MSM told you that Orange man bad and these are the results. Biden will ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED wont do sht AT ALL. go ahead lets see fkin CNN/MSNBC and Univison/Telemundo save you.

Holy sht what the fk. fkkkkkk
Anyone with two brain cells can predict whats common knowledge at this point, so relax homie, you are not Nostradamus. Also, you are fucking stupid if you think any party will save us. There has been plenty of opportunities for both parties to pass legislation addressing DACA and here we are. My advice to you is to better inform yourself before you log on here and talk shit.
