It really depends on who is the photographer rather than the place.

This will be for my Certificate of Naturalization. Another one soon for U.S Passport.

I get what you're saying, but no one cares about the mundane parts of the journey that everyone knows about. Where to get passport photos, how much they cost, how busy the store was. No one cares... all of that is small potatoes.
Focus on sharing info about the important stuff people care about and can learn from... Like compling evidence for a case, or tricky application questions, interview process, etc. That stuff is valuable.

No one cares about your passport photo experience. Stop making mountains out of molehills.
