I've been scheduled for an in-person hearing in Texas in the Fall of 2024. My lawyer will try to get the removal order terminated before the hearing so we do not need to go.
Congrats!

Was it a Joint Motion? If so, dhs is pretty much sure to join and terminate from my understanding.

I’m also here with an update:

DHS agreed to join and terminate my order. I-485/AP/EAD filed about 3 months ago and waiting. Still holding my breath until I’m greened. I’ll let you guys know how I feel when that moment comes..

It wasn't a joint motion to reopen. The lawyer is making a joint motion to dismiss now
