I'm trying to be positive but I'm not sure what else to do here, I sent my renewal back on October '23 and my status is still showing as "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS", and has been stuck there since November '23

I already called USCIS (they said to wait 30 days for a response).
I also sent an e-request.

My license and work permit expire in 19 days, if it's not approved/mailed within a week from today I doubt I'll find an appointment to get my license renewed. I am not even going to think what could happen with my job, they aren't bugging me about it and I'm not going to dare try to knock on that door with them.

Any other suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Ask your US Senator or Congressman for help. That's kinda the only option, they can try to push on your behalf and USCIS has to respond to their requests. I've done that before while cutting it close on expiration and got an answer that was basically "it'll be done when it's done" and then was approved the next day since I guess that someone had to take my case out of the stack to see what's up and then just approved it since it's already out.

yes, call your Representative. They are the only ones who can contact a federal agency on your behalf. Explain the consequences of losing your DACA, like how this will affect you tremendously.

In my case, I have Cancer and need my EAD to have continued access to my health insurance, and my Rep. took my case and I got it expedited.

thank you, i did contact a representative and they're contacted USCIS for me. nothing yet but I'm hoping they'll approve it this week.

the representative also stated I can go to my DMV to get an extension on my driver's license via SAVE (a system they use to confirm status/pending cases/etc), they can extend the license up to 45 days. I plan on going this week unless I get approve first *fingers crossed*
