yes and no. H1B lets you get legal residency after 5 yrs but also has you leave the country if you can't secure employment. If it allow us to keep DACA and H1B it'd be ideal since we'd have deportation protection as we seek permanent residency.

So if you have DACA and dropped out of college, you are not eligible for the work visa? and the employer must sponsor you for this visa?

As of now; the same rules for an H1B work visa would be the same for any daca applicants. Look at H1B requirements and pretend you meet their qualifications. If you don’t right now then you won’t when the official details are out
