Texas and a coalition of Republican-led states on Friday sued President Joe Biden's administration over a new program that offers a path to citizenship for immigrants who entered the U.S. illegally and are now married to U.S. citizens.
The lawsuit argues the program, which began accepting applications on Monday, oversteps the administration's authority to provide relief to those without legal status and circumvents the intent of U.S. immigration laws.

Don't worry. If the courts kill it, it will for sure force Congress to make it into a law and it will pass the House and the Sentate for sure. Congress is reliable and will do its job! We should have faith in Congress!

What a bunch of clowns in that ridiculous state.

Among the worst healthcare in the nation, crumbling infrastructure, promoting hate against people (citizen and foreign), crime that has nothing to do with immigrants and everything to do with legacy racism, etc.

American spouses need to countersue.

Since Texas sues for everything even if it's only meant to help American citizens, more reason to move the registry date.
