Judge is asking lawyer from Texas if Texas wants DACA deported. The lawyer said no, judge asks: well isnt thats what will happen if DACA goes away. Attorney representing Texas says no they will go away on their own.

The attoney for TX is phatetic!!

5th Circuit judge is telling him that 21 other states enjoy having DACA recipients.

Judges are hammering Attoney from Texas. He sounds nervous and cant get his words together. Words are breaking up.
Judges keep pushing for answers from him.
