anybody got more tips to protect our fellow illegals from getting caught?

feel free to share, here are some:

-subcribe to Walmart+ or any other same day grocery delivery service to avoid visiting stores as much as possible

-go to small low transit gas stations and minimize amount of visits

-(this is going to trigger some snowflakes) appear to look as white as possible for example: women can dye their hair blonde and such, men just be as clean as possible and such.

-before getting on the road after work, change your clothes dont appear as you just came out of work.

-avoid highly transited roads and main roads.

-use Waze to detect upcoming police/border patrol presence on your way and avoid them.

-get a car that looks as nice as possible with the darkest legal window tint as possible, avoid having a bright colored car

-carry money in your country of origin currency for more flexibility if deported.

-if car breaks down, leave the car behind, immediately leave the area and have somebody with a license come pick it up later there or at impound yard

-obey ALL traffic laws turn signal constantly

any more? feel free to add.

Seriously, are we really going into hiding when Trump comes into office?
FYI, I have relatives who are undocumented living and working in NYC.
Is there valid concern that he would actively deport people who have NOT committed crimes and just working etc?

Hard to know what is real or not.. Please advise friends

The priority goes to convicted criminals and people with final orders. Please read up on it and you will realize that it will be very unlikely we get deportation without a criminal record. We are still entitled to due process and to have our day in court.

The judicial process — one small piece of a long, expensive deportation machinery — illustrates the complexity ahead.

The immigration system's backlog of 3.7 million court cases will take four years to resolve at the current pace, and that could balloon to 16 years under Trump's mass deportation plan, Axios reports.

Without a huge increase in immigration judges, millions of new cases would flood the non-criminal system. Trump likely would need new detention centers nationwide to hold people suspected of being in the U.S. without authorization — possibly for years.

The administration also would have to set up a range of monitoring systems for immigrants who aren't detained but are awaiting court dates.

Experts estimate the whole operation could cost taxpayers $150 billion to $350 billion.

Immigrants suspected of being in the U.S. without authorization are afforded due process by the nation's immigration court system, which is also where asylum seekers and other immigrants who may have legal avenues to live in the U.S. make their case.

Of the 3.7 million pending immigration cases, 1.6 million are for asylum seekers waiting on formal hearings or case decisions.

Immigration courts closed 900,000 cases from Oct. 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2024, says the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University. That's the most cleared cases in a fiscal year, and 235,000 more than the previous year.

At that pace, immigration courts wouldn't clear all active cases until 2028. Add 11 million undocumented immigrants who Trump said would be part of his mass deportation plan and the backlog would go into 2040 at the current pace.

NPC response.

I know people that had clean record, been here for decades, did everything right and STILL got deported.

those that can manage to have court hearings is because they got a reason many do not.

Immigration court can be very short and you don't get an appointed lawyer. They let children represent themselves in court. Its total madness complicated with the fact that its a civil not criminal court because being here illegally your first time around is a civil violation much to the surprise of basically all maga-hat wearers.

On the same topic, saw a very comical comment where one of the aforementioned was complaining that on an "illegal" in traffic court why was the judge not ordering him deported. News flash! You need a specialized judge focused on immigration law. Immigration law is second to tax law in complexity. These people have a low to middling understanding of their own legal, criminal, and legislative systems.

In my opinion its a total mockery of the core national values:
Right to counsel and Due process

and before people start with the:
But the constitution doesnt apply to people here illegally!
It does. Its absolute. It applies to everyone on the soil.

i personally know people that have gotten deported quick becaise they had no ties to the US to even have a case just like many.

I don't know how your brain doesn't just self-destruct. Like somehow you convinced yourself that the only way that some version of immigration reform could ever pass is under Trump, but also that all your illegal relatives should ideally burrow underground and avoid being seen by anyone ever.

Oh by the way, do keep in mind that should that somehow happen removing IR5 and F4 sponsorships is one of Trumpy's 4 pillars. So not like mommy and daddy will ever get to be sponsored by you even if they're alive at the end of however many years they'll make you wait to naturalize, assuming that they do let you.

My parents at least had the excuse of being two broke stupid bitches. How did yours manage to leave you being an illegal immigrant?

Now I could sponsor mine in like 2.5 years when I'll become a citizen but I probably won't.

Also regarding your predictions didn't you predict the oh so great dealmaker would make a deal on the dream act way back when? Like you are so terminally online on a dead forum that you are bound to get lucky at some points while flinging shit at a typewriter.
