Submitting my renewal this week. I expire in April 2025, but not as worried as I have my EAD with my green card application that is still valid.

I expired September of this year and sent renewal back in the middle of December. It was a approved in a week and a half.

Do you think its possible they bring back actual in-person biometrics check in when we renew? I never had to do an actual biometrics in person under Biden only under Obama and Trump and do you think ICE can detain you when you do biometrics?

I did do biometrics under Biden the last time but this time it was online and quick.

-Previous EAD Expires: May, 2025
-Renewal Packet Received by USCIS: 12/02/2024
-In-Person Biometrics: 12/27/2024
-Case/Renewal Approved: 01/02/2025
-EAD Received: 01/03/2025
-New EAD Expires: End of Dec, 2026

I just submitted my DACA renewal online today, and I see they already uploaded a re-use of biometrics on my online account. So, nothing has changed yet on that front.

My DACA was approved yesterday. That was the quickest renewal I ever had.
