I've used my "REAL ID" Gold Star Driver's license to board aircraft. They have a scanner there that will read your data and presumably correlate that to some database.

Has my EAD information, so if ICE ever shows up it would be futile, for now lmfao.

Those without DACA and with out of state licenses have to be very very careful in red states. Big cities should be the safest but one of the smaller Republican counties should be avoided or if it can't be avoided, you should be the world's best driver - make sure all your lights work, pay attention to school zones, signal, come to a complete stop, etc.

This sounds like 287g. In addition, Real ID is going into effect fully.

Most RMV/DMV has certified information from DHS on an individual's status if you drive or go for ID.

I believe it is the first place enforcement could look.
