It is clear that even you do not believe what you are saying. I would start packing up to Canada again if I were you.
I don't have any criminal "record"

Only one dismissed charge from 16 years ago

Do you know what Dismissed means?

It is clear that you do not understand that dismissed charges do not automatically disappear. Even if a criminal case is dismissed, the arrest record usually remains on your record. Therefore, a dismissed or dropped charge does not vanish from your criminal record. This reinforces my initial statement that you have a criminal record on file.

Ironically, you celebrate the deportation of innocent undocumented individuals while having a criminal record yourself. You believe you will qualify for future relief, but this administration is deporting anyone with even a minor infraction or no infraction at all. So my advice is to stick to your original plan and buy that one way ticket to Canada.

He's currently drafting an email to Trudeau that goes something like..

Quote:
"Hey man, can you hook me up with some laws in Canada that prevent my girlfriend from body slamming me while also granting me Canadian residency? Oh, and I may or may not have a criminal record. Just asking for a buddy, eh?"

Anyone?

That is a lie.

Once again, you don't know what you're talking about.

You are the one reporting it, so are you reporting fake news?

Are you immune to it, or do the bad news only apply to undocumented people? You know, the ones you are currently celebrating for their downfall.

They are not "anyone", buddy.

They are undocs.

Geez.

Once again, you just spew nonsense.

I have literally seen DACAs with DUI charge reinstate their DACA

My measly disorderly conduct charge is nothing.

You have pitiful level of legal knowledge.

Stop embrassing yourself.

Please.

The wild part is there are a handful of daca with murder on their records, probably involuntary vehicular manslaughter. Judges tend to go easy on drivers.

I know for myself there have been a few close calls where jaywalkers put their lives in my hands. Where if it were not me, because I'm attentive, it'd be a terrible situation. Don't put your lives in the hands of others! The average driver has no business behind the wheel! It's all those drugs, and smart telephones

Wow, you clearly missed the memo on legal knowledge! Thinking that DACA magically gives you a legal documented status and believing that a dismissed record doesn't count as a criminal record is just plain embarrassing.

All your doing is embarrassing yourself with all the contradicting statements. Having DACA does not grant documented status; it only offers temporary relief from deportation and work authorization. Therefore, you are still undocumented.

Do yourself a favor and educate yourself before coming back for a real discussion. In the meantime, start packing for Canada - they might appreciate your unique perspective over there!

Given USCIS's recent major changes to their immigration forms and their removal of legal residents for past mistakes, it is highly likely that they will take a similar approach with DACA renewals.
