WHY ARE YOU DEFENDING THEM? IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU, JUST AS MUCH AS IT CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE!
Got_Daca is a boot licker, wouldn’t expect less of that person

This guy crossed the border illegally in 2012 by his own admission. He never gained legal status. He was finally detained in 2019, and found removable. He came up with a sob story to delay his deportation. Even if he were telling the truth, he should have had his withholding of removal removed as early as 2022, once Bukele had crushed the Eighteenth Street Gang. He has no right to be in this country, he crossed our border illegally, and he has been residing in this country illegally for almost twelve years. Totally independently of whether or not he is a member of MS-13 (which he likely is).

Try and find court documents instead of listening and getting talking points from legacy media outlets.

Do you have links to share with court docs?
I agree with you.
It's hard to talk about facts w/o relevant info and the media misrepresents a lot in order to push a narrative.

Even if he was illegal in the country, it doesn't justify sending him a Salvadoran prison for an indeterminate amount of time. It goes against any notion of fucking justice!

I mean, that applies even for the actual gang members. Oh, someone is a gang member? Fine. Send them to a court and have a judge impose a sentence on him. 20-30 years, life, whatever is appropriate. You don't sentence anyone to indeterminate amount of prison without due process!

Of course no one is making that argument because the country has succumbed to moral panic against immigrants, even though immigrant crime is less than citizen crime. Percentage-wise there are many more gang members who are native born than immigrant.

But the MAGA faithful don't like immigrants and want them out, so they have to make every immigrant sound like a criminal.

But again, regardless. You want mass deportations? Whatever, I don't like it, especially, if I am one who gets caught. DON'T SEND PEOPLE TO FOREIGN PRISONS!

I don’t know if you are brain dead or trolling or just totally not self aware. He crossed our border illegally? Are you a citizen? Were you born in the US? Dude, you’re a DACA recipient talking about people crossing the border illegally LMAO. Hello? Hypocrisy much? You’re just victim blaming and trying to do a smear campaign against this guy and making up BS when this could indeed happen to you. Why should an innocent man be locked up in prison for God knows how long?

Trust me, in 6 months this story is not gonna look like what is being reported in the news with the current narrative.

Remember that girl that unalived herself a few months ago cause the media said she was being bullied by her classmates about her parents being "illegal" Well it turns out she was being abused by those same family members, the same media dropped that story with the quickness when they found out the real story.

Yall need to stop taking these stories being reported by the media at face value.

*And I only support DACA recipients/Dreamers and only them. We cant have dividing lines on what groups to support? So I have to support everything that you support? You're mad at me for supporting this community?

Trust me, there are plenty of DACA recipients who dont give af about politics and only care about DACA and Dreamers

You violated immigration law. Therefore a criminal. Time to go to a salvadorean dungeon for life over this CIVIL violation equivalent to a parking fine. And also there they will abuse your civil rights.

Not good right? Whatever happened to civil rights, due process, and not over charging for minor crimes. The so called hallmarks of an enlightened democracy? At this point we are running face first into fascism with a tissue thin cover of democracy.

The moral outrage over illegals! They tried to go after criminal undocumented, caught about 100,000 at best nd then stopped reporting numbers. Inconvenient truth. Oops.

he will change his tune fast when Trump cancels daca randomly and for no reason and sends us all to el salvador dungeon and I will probably go to a worse dungeon for thought crime. Regimes don't like it when people speak the truth.
