Dems are taking a HUGE LOSS on this, aren't they.

With each passing day, this dude gets worse and worse.

The same Dems who did nothing for DACA during 4 years of Biden, clamored for MS-13 member.

It is fking unbelievable.
If only there was a poll showing where the public is standing on this conveniently posted in this thread, we would have an empirical test of this claim, but alas...

Also, I hope you understand that due process is extremely important. Without that the government can accuse you of anything and disappear you to any hellhole on the planet.
If non-citizens don't enjoy due process, citizens can't either because if there's no due process, no one has an recourse to prove they are a citizen.

I am all for his due process if due process had reasonable chance of helping him stay in this country

But it does not.

Imagine if aDACA had MS13 tats, domestic abuse allegations against them, and literally caught trafficking on police video.

Their DACA is gone!

You should be for due process, period, end of story.

Also, if you think that he was going to get deported either way, humor us. What harm is there in giving this man his due process if you believe the same thing is going to happen?

But as it happens, this man had a stay of removal and an explicit decision by a judge to NOT get deported in El Salvador.

More importantly there was no judicial decision to send him to a high security prison in a foreign country for a sentence of indeterminate time! This by itself goes against any concept of justice or fairness anywhere throughout human history!

Nobody is against due process. We are just pointing out the double standard.

Clinton, W. Bush, Obama, and Biden deported nearly 10 million.

Where was their due process then? People didnt give af then or does it only apply to Trump?

The Harm is wasted enforcement resources and continuation of ineffective clogged up system.

Look at it from DACAs perspective, if bad hombres are quickly expelled it might satiate right-wing thirst for "migrant blood". Eventually helping to create legislative pathways for DACAs.

On the other hand, clogged up system might mean it will take forever until they get to us DACAs. That might be a good thing. But the problem will persist, so will our limbo situation.

Border is already secure. Now Trump Admin just needs the deportation numbers to go up a little. Then the general populace will warm up to DACA legalization.

Did you know…???

That 87% of the 3 Million people deported under Barack Obama didn’t get a hearing prior to deportation?

Regardless of president, lack of due process is abhorrent and a direct violation of the founding principles of the country. It won't end well, but the few that voted for this will get it and whatever 2nd and 3rd order consequences. Those who voted otherwise have my sympathy and I just feel sorry for them. Imagine making the right choice but being dragged under just the same. Fun consequences like higher prices for things by at least 10% and then the effects of buying services that depended on those cheap items. And then 3rd order effects like layoffs which are already happening. The US is a service economy and when people are offered the chance to buy American for the exact same item they always pick the much cheaper Asian version. People love to pay lip service, oh they love America and they support American industry but when it comes time for rubber to meet road they are buying cheap chinese imports instead. Did this to yourself. Nobody held a gun up to anyone and forced them to relocate to China, the consumers encouraged them with buying cheap chinese imports. If only people had thought "hey lets buy American so another American has a job", "hey lets not get into insane debt for trash" "maybe I shoudlnt buy a $90,000 ford shitcar" "maybe lets not take out student loans for a worthless degree". "maybe I shouldnt buy low quality cars at 28% interest for 200 months" Where is the personal responsibility to make good choices?

Trump himself said, they are getting what they voted for. Should've paid more attention in school and should've paid more attention to what he said. Things are going to get more difficult from here on out. They voted for trickle down economics again! Surprise! Oh I love surprises. You see if we cut taxes and regulations the rich will create more jobs and not just pocket the wealth and buy more stocks and create more monopolies. Yay. They voted for the biggest tax hike on the middle classes with tariffs. It's the importer that pays, the US can't levy taxes on China no matter how many laws they pass.

Even more mind boggling is any daca supporting this as you too can be dragged out like that Garcia fellow. Trump can just declare deportation protections over, then they grab your ass, then they throw your brown ass out. That's the justification they are going with for Garcia nowadays. That because he was here illegally they can just remove him and it applies to you as well. Please ignore that he was sent to the cecot prison and not set free in el salvador. Therefore, I'm suspicious that they are really anti-US operatives from a certain forum masquerading as DACA which would really quite pathetic. This is the best use of your time in the greatest country of the world? Small thinkers.

You know who you are you debt-laden chinese import buying scoundrels. Buying trash you don't need on credit cards because just because you can. "its free money right?" Going to expensive schools for college and signing up for $200K in student loans and then refusing to repay them. Taking out 30 year mortgages instead of buying cash houses and then those houses are the absolute worst quality. Even mice refuse to infest such a shoddy build because mice are more responsible and care about their pups. Buying expensive cars on debt and then wondering why your car note is $1,000+. So many purses and shoes like caterpillars. Absolutely shameless behavior to impress random nobodies on the street. Everyone knows you can't afford it because you give off the in-debt aura.

READ. THINK. Educate yourself and I don't mean college. Go to the library and read books on things. Use your head, that's what its for its not a hatrack or a headphone rack. Don't just take what the media tells you at face value because you are too lazy to investigate further for yourself. Take in multiple viewpoints even if its uncomfortable or you will never grow as a person.
