My plan if I, as DACA, approached by ICE/CBP [ironclad]

Here's my ironclad plan to ward off ICE/CBP. I will only say 3 basic sentences.

If approached by ICE/CBP, very first thing I will say is:

-"Am I free to leave?"

I will have to ask that several times with increasing tone of voice until they have heard and understood me. If yes, I will leave. If not, that will lead me to my 2nd sentence.

-"I am sorry officer. I am invoking my 5th amendment right to stay silent and prefer not to talk."

Again, I will have to repeat that sentence however many times until it comes across.

If the officers still insist on questioning, escalate the situation and threaten to arrest me, that will lead me to my 3rd and final sentence:

"I am sorry officer. I would like to speak with an attorney."

With only these 3 sentences asserting my constitutional rights, I should be able to avoid detention and arrest.

They just ignore your pretty voice and pretty words and slam you to the ground and tase you if you resist.

Then they take you in while they take their sweet time verifying your status and trying anyway to get anything to stick to revoke your daca. And they also rob you of valuables and IDs. They might even steal your busted up sneakers.

While also claiming any documents you hold are fake or fraudulent.

Then if you have ewi they might not even grant bond or if they do, they'll install an ankle monitor.

This is what they do. And they don't care if you are a citizen, they care about your skin color. They've already detained 170 citizens and presumably held them in detention.

I won't resist though. I won't run.

I will calmly speak to them.

If they ignore my constitutional rights, be it.

I'll be cooking up a nice lawsuit.

They don't wear body cams and it's your word against theirs. Or rather your words alone from detention, against their well advised words from government lawyers.

Judge ruled they must wear bodycams in IL.

I can't speak any more about this but these things do not have your best interests in mind and are not beyond using you to achieve their goals and anyone who thinks they can control them is delusional.
