Holy shit ,

Jacob “Yaa’kub” Ira Vijandre came to the U.S. at age 14 with his father, who had a work visa for a job as an aircraft mechanic. He later obtained legal residency status through the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, and has lived in North Texas since 2022.
The life he has built in Dallas is now in jeopardy, his lawyers said, because he exercised his First Amendment right to free speech. Vijandre’s DACA status was revoked last month over social media posts the government contends advocated for terrorism.
Vijandre’s legal team said his case will test the constitutionality of the Trump administration’s expanding definition of terrorism.

No paywall video

Smart DACAs are not even thinking about attending any protests.

But this dude was highly active in Pro-Palestine protests? As DACA?

He had it coming.

What an idiot!

This is exactly the crux of whole immigration situation in US right. The 1%-ers and Powers-to-be of America completely turned against immigrants because of such Pro-Terrorist, Pro-Hamas sentiments harbored by some young immigrants.

Yeah, what an idiot to express his first amendment rights at a time where everyone can see that a malignant man child is trying to turn America into an authoritarian country?

I don't see what there is to gain from attending protests. Even worse is this fool probably tied it to his identity. Even probably social medias. Even carrying phones is ill advised because they use the cell towers to figure out who was there.

And why would anyone that is latin American step into that discussion, especially as DACA. Cascade of failures.

They are labeling anyone who supports the Palestinian side a terrorism supporter. There was a gc holder who was supporting them and they tried to revoke his card.

Back in the day they were warning people that inserting exceptions into the law was a very bad idea that would lead to the erosion of civil liberties. Here we are some 20 years later seeing the fruits of that one fateful afternoon. They can use the terrorism excuse to target anyone or anything.

Learn to pick your battles.

Like being undocumented and pro-Trump. LOL, pick a struggle, bro.
