“DACA isn’t a priority”? All Trump has to do is tell USCIS is to slow walk our applications and all of our permits expire. It’s that simple. They’re doing that with other categories. But they went out of their way to NOT do that with DACA.

DHS & the DOJ could have told Hanen in court that they agree with his ruling and that they will terminate the program nationwide once his final ruling is handed down. But instead, they asked him to limit the scope to Texas and allow them to open the program back up to first time applicants nationwide. That is the Administration’s position in a COURT OF LAW. That is a big fucking deal.

Who cares what an a rouge ice agent says? They don’t run the show. The Administration’s policy is to continue to honor the terms of DACA. For every DACA recipient that got caught in the dragnet and wasn't doing stupid shit like smuggling people across the border or beating on their wives, they were released and retained their DACA status.

This Administration is so anti immigrant that they were sending Venezuelans to El Salvador to be tortured in prison. If their policy was to go after DACA recipients, then I wouldn’t be chatting with you online, I would be talking to you face to face in an ICE detention facility.
