WASHINGTON (AP) — Federal immigration officers are asserting sweeping power to forcibly enter people’s homes without a judge’s warrant, according to an internal Immigration and Customs Enforcement memo obtained by The Associated Press, marking a sharp reversal of longstanding guidance meant to respect constitutional limits on government searches.

In Soviet America, you have to prove you aren't harboring undocumented and with just a simple warrant not even signed by a judge they can sidestep the 4th amendment. Because comrade, it's not your house it is the government's house they rent to you for property tax.

This is totally out of control. Shame on anyone who supports this. ICE seems to have total freedom to do whatever they want and no accountability for their actions. This is extremely dangerous.

ICE detained a 5 year old and sent him into an ICE detention facility in another state. WTF, this is evil.

The memo says ICE officers can forcibly enter homes and arrest immigrants using just a signed administrative warrant known as an I-205 if they have a final order of removal issued by an immigration judge, the Board of Immigration Appeals or a district judge or magistrate judge.

With their high-tech tracking, Palantir and this, its gonna get ugly for those with Final Order of Removal.

There is a class action lawsuit in the works for civil and human rights violations, violations of law and due process, and intentional harm, neglect to minors, children. Any healthcare staff will tell you that the trauma will be for life for these kids.

All kinds of people have final orders, including DACA and Dreamers - this is why they had priorities in place for criminals and avoid placing people in proceedings because it would just end up in an order due to broken system.

Why didn't the Dems fix that when they hard full power huh?
