And then the cherry on top is all the government officials talking out of their asses barely aware of the laws making all the most awful takes on the situation. You'd think with all the time doing nothing they'd spend a bit actually knowing the laws they are tasked to enforce.

Not even the first time a government official has had to make a humiliating retraction when caught unaware of the laws. Now they don't even bother retracting and just leave their shame up.

Oh yeah, in the USSA known as Soviet America, if you are exercising your ""rights"" (privileges) in a way a political repression agent deems unpatriotic or is in a bad mod, or is afraid, then they can order you to the ground and if you don't get down fast enough they can just execute you. and you are probably a terrorist before you hit the ground.
