I would never leave forever. However, I think if it came down to it and nothing passed, we would leave and wait out the ten years until we could file for a waiver and return. We're pretty young, and ten years from now we'll still be pretty young. It would be a difficult sacrifice, but I want him to be able to live free someday. I don't want to see his life wasted.

If there was never a chance of coming back, we would not leave.

God forbid if I ever was kicked out, but I would...well not to advocate illegal behavior or anything but I belong here and well, lets just say that the only time you wouldn't find me here is if I ever ceased to exist. :P

You don't have to wait 10 years for the waiver, the I-160 to be exact. They give you the waiver option right away......just thought that might help.

My fiance and I are thinking the same thing, we will get married and file for PR, because I came in without inspection, I have to leave the country and apply through the Mexican consulate, there you apply for the waiver and pray it gets approved!

That's if you have a 10 year ban. My husband has a permanent one, so we have to wait 10 years for a waiver.
