Under 18 in CA?

Hey guys... is anyone here under 18 (in high school) and living in CA?

If so... take advantage of some stuff community colleges are offering...

1. $1 Tution for college classes (some can count for high school credit too, and would even raise your GPA if you take a college class for a high school credit class).

2. Health Care... The last I heard (last semester), my community college, and many others, are offering the HPV vaccine for ladies under 18. The HPV vaccine recently came out and would cost 19 year olds and above about $500.


I highly recommend going to community college and transferring to a 4 year college. I know it may not be as fun as living on your own in dorms and what not, but it will save you and your family a ton of money.

Hope this sort of helps the youngins out there =P.

im 17 .. im in college and well i guess i dont qualify for that a dollar a class tuition any-more.. = [ haha

awww really! boooo =(... I know I wish I had known this back in high school.. but you still can't beat CA community college price.. what is it like $20/unit??

I luv the CC i went 2 my whole education came upt to about 10K...im debt free may i add so when i start wrkin i dont have to pay nuthing back..srry not in CAL in NY

WOW REALLY... i heard that was like a miracle vaccine.. i haven't done my research!

Why was I not born in CA, God? WHY??!! I would have finished my basics by the time I got my diploma.
