What about we all stop here and close the tread. Neo-KKK does not deserve such an attention.
Can we just move on?
You won 52:44 all of you 16-17- 19- 22-25 years old kids, only hundreds of you against thousand of evil people. Even “their” leader was so sad and disappointed with the result in his post-vote speech. It’s not your fault or desire nor even idea that 60 votes will be needed. You were a victim of one dysfunctional procedure and one big crime against humanity. When this civilization was born, soon a fundamental principle was established. Throughout the years same principle was supported by hundred of nations and then implemented in UN Maritime Law. In case of crisis (any disaster etc..) when people’s lives have to be saved centuries and centuries : It was and it is always- Woman and children FIRST.
There is immigration crisis in USA Why in year 2007 in USA Neo KKK, racists and inhuman principles on October 24, went FIRST???

This will be the only question that I'll ask in ICJ (part of UN) in Hague.

First, the majority of members in the House and Senate do not want the illegals or their children to have amnesty-----that is why the Dream Act did not pass!! Therefore, no matter what kind of lawsuit is filed, they are not going to change their minds. Elvira (illegal who hid out in the Chicago church) tried to file a lawsuit on behalf of her son and others------you see how successful it was for her!!!

For those of you who think that I am joking, you should investigate the laws that just went into effect for the entire state of Oklahoma yesterday. It was challenged through the courts twice, and both times Oklahoma won. Now, cities/states throughout the country are demanding that the same laws be passed in their communities.

The new laws in Oklahoma are the toughest in the country!! Illegals cannot get jobs/benefits without proof of citizenship. Anyone who is stopped for any type of traffic violation, will have their citizenship status investigated. Anyone caught harboring or transporting illegals receive jail time and fines. Over 25,000 illegals have left Oklahom in the past 3 months----and they are leaving in herds now!!!

First of all how is 44 a majority over 55???? Second of all, the oklahoma law hasn't been through the whole court process yet.

Quote:
"We will appeal to the 10th Circuit Court. We will not stop for going all the way up, even if it's necessary to go to the Supreme Court," said Miguel Rivera of the National Coalition of Latin Clergy.

Opponents like Miguel Rivera from the National Coalition of Latin Clergy believe the law will harm immigrants living in Oklahoma. They say it has already sent more than 20,000 Hispanic people out of Oklahoma.

Wednesday’s ruling does not end the legal battle over HB 1804. There is still a lawsuit contesting the constitutionality of the law. The federal judge in this case will consider a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, next week.
This law will be found unconstituitional and it will be struck down.

lilbawler:

If this case makes it to the Supreme Court, the court will rule in favor of Oklahoma--------as everything passed in Oklahoma is clearly written in US laws regarding illegal immigration. Those against illegal immigration are HOPING that this makes it to the Supreme Court------as this will make it easier for cities/states to pass these laws-------as the Supreme Court ruling will not be struck down by local courts-----so it will not even be worth La RAza, ACLU, etc. challenging the Supreme Court decisions.

Currently, there are bills being passed that will deny Homeland Security funding to any city/state that provides sanctuary to illegals-------as this is clearly against US laws.

Lilbawler:

The Oklahoma law already had its second day in court------on 10/31------and the courts ruled in favor of Oklahoma again. There only option at this point is the Supreme Court!!

Also, the courts cannot stop police from arresting and deporting illegals----------as they receive their training/certification to do so through ICE/Dept of Homeland Security!!

Why don't you just go back to Mexico and leave us alone?

Yeah. Maybe she can learn the meaning of 'majority' in one of their free colleges.
