As a citizen I am curious as to what exactly does the Homeland Security Department fund my town for anyway ? Other than ICE, which our cops don't cooperate with in the first place ? So where, exactly, is the threat ? ANYWAY.... Back on the subject, is there any progress on hearing if the ACLU will take this up ? Any way to help move this along ?

I spoke with someone at the ACLU today. They will be discussing this issue at their upcoming meeting. Even if they decide not to pursue this I am going to keep constant contact and gather their active support. They were very interested in my view of the situation.

I just got another call from a different ACLU headquarters. She will be speaking with 3 ACLU lawyers and getting back to me.

She was caught two previous times in the country ILLEGALLY-----the second time became a felony. She is NEVER coming back into this country!! Her son won't even be able to get her in when he turns 18.
