I have always thought that this one point was grounds for unconstitutional behavior. That is if the undocumented parents of an american born child(us citizen) are deported the child is given two options. One is to laeve the country with their parents(shouldn't Americans have the right to stay in their own country?). Two is to stay in the US without their parents which amounts to cruel and unusual punishment. Imagine growing up from age 5 without parents, is that not extremely cruel and unusual?
